Pre-sales promotion:

  • Local churches are encouraged to initiate a campaign for members to sponsor copies at $35.00 each (allowing the church to cover shipping and other promotional expenses)
  • Downloadable Hymnal donor dedication labels expressing “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” are available to promote the fundraising initiative for sponsors within the congregation.

  • Churches should be encouraged to make pre-paid purchase commitments as early as possible to ensure their first choice of colors is available; also first printing quantities are limited so churches should reserve their order quantities as soon as possible to ensure inventory availability.
